Founded by Cat and Day in 2020, 3V Agency is a woman-led, black and brown owned business. 3V is committed to working with brands and artists that have an authentic message. We are focused on helping our clients align with their life purpose, while living out our own.​
Through 3V Agency, our managing partners are committed to shifting the culture of HipHop by introducing more sustainable careers for creatives and instilling in them the importance of personal development.
3V's ultimate goal is to be a powerhouse for providing opportunity to creatives and professionals through the vessel of their network and their relationships. Their vision is to shift the culture and physically own a venue on the South Side of Chicago that cultivates sustainable careers and supports community.

The for-profit arm of 3V represents influential creatives, thought leaders, and community activists, leveraging their talents to create impactful opportunities while driving social change through entertainment, music, and art.
