Dayneeia Thrash is the co-founder of 3V Agency.

 

Before devoting her work full time to 3V Agency, Dayneeia built her professional skillsets as a project coordinator within the telecom industry and her economical understanding as a data analyst within the finance world. 

 

While expanding her professional development, Dayneeia has always had a passion for Live Entertainment and HipHop Education. She devoted this passion in her freelance work curating events, working in vast departments of large festivals, and consulting with artists such as the hiphop duo Mother Nature and their workshop series known as the Miseducation of HipHop.

Dayneeia is a true entrepreneur at heart. Aside from her business endeavors, Dayneeia also expresses her appreciation for music through DJing.

Dayneeia's ultimate goal is to provide opportunity and resources to other creatives and professionals that are in alignment with their life purpose.
