Next Gem Femme (NGF) is a Femme It Forward Program designed to improve workplace equity and accelerate career opportunities and trajectories for young women of color. The program pairs industry leaders in music, media, entertainment, and technology with rising stars for one-on-one mentorship.

It's a paradigm shift in music and entertainment, curated by women, for women. 100% woman owned, Femme It Forward stands at the forefront of a transformative era, where women's voices aren't just acknowledged but celebrated. From electrifying concerts to insightful panels, side-splitting comedy shows to groundbreaking music festivals, we're rewriting the narrative and providing the platform for women to shine.

The Midwest + West Chapter of Next Gem Femme is here to offer chapter members philanthropic initiatives, social networking events, and activations and resources pertaining to personal and professional development.
